The development of MGBP has been pioneered by Peter Wrafter who has to date personally overseen the build and fit out of the units and the ongoing management and the day to day operations within the park. Using one of Ireland’s premier building contractors PO Keenan Ltd the units were built and fit out specifically to occupants requirements.

Peter is supported by a wide team of professionals and operations team on behalf of MGBP providing a 24x7x365 support system. The contentment and low turnover in the business park is testament to both the high quality development and the service attitude of Peter. The MGBP occupants have all indicated their willingness to participate as referees for any potential residents.
